Thank you for your purchase. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your TK9 MFG experience. This policy is only for items purchased through TK9MFG WEBSITE, or via our Customer Service Department.

This Return and Exchange Policy specifically excludes TK9 RIFLES OR LOWER RECEIVERS. All sells on TK9 RIFLES or LOWER RECEIVERS are final.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

If your TK9 AR-15 has a malfunction please email us at tk9mfg@gmail.com and we will contact you.

Lost Items

TK9 FMG is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to open a case. Furthermore, TK9 MFG will not be held responsible for package theft after delivery. Please contact your local law enforcement or carrier to resolve package theft issues.

To Return / Exchange

You can ship your merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or other service providing insurance and tracking. Be sure to retain your tracking information as TK9 MFG cannot be held liable for lost items. If you are shipping something to TK9 MFG please email us, so we can provide you with an address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, after inspection by TK9 MFG. LLC. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tk9mfg@gmail.com
